No it doesn’t. Tebow is not a top tier pro prospect, this has been known for some time and discussed throughout the year. His mechanics and accuracy are big questions.
Is Colt McCoy rated higher, in your opinion? I’m really not that knowledgeable about football, esp. NFL.
How much of his "accuracy" is related to the quality of the receivers?
It seems that Tebow seemed more accurate when he had Percy Harvin to throw to last year. Florida had trouble in the red-zone this year.
Tebow is supposed to throw the ball to where the receiver is supposed to be when the ball gets there. If the receivers get blocked, run slow, or pull up short, wouldn't that look like an inaccurate thrower?

Agreed. I’m a Cane so I have anti-Gator bias, but more importantly, I am a conservative and like watching him do well.
There are dozens of college QBs who excell in college but not at the next level. In fact, it occurs at every position, and often involves some big name players.
Many who excell in H.S. arent good enough for the next level, either.
Ken Dorsey was an EXCELLENT college QB who didnt make it at the next level, although I think he could be a fine assistant coach someday.
