Yes and no. He is a very polarizing figure people seem to love him or hate him. The fact that he is very outspoken about his beliefs adds to that, along with playing for UF, and compiling all those statistics, championships, and awards in what many view as a “gimmick” offense.
Hate him? Maybe some fans or coaches of teams he beat (there were a lot of those) might dislike that he beat them, but hate him........not. I haven't heard much other than respect from those who have played his teams.
