Frantic Obama Plan’s Sunday ObamaCare Vote!
ALERT: Obama and House Democrats are forcing a “suicide run” on ObamaCare with a Sunday vote but are still short the 216 votes they need to pass ObamaCare. Pelosi’s plan is to break down Blue Dog holdouts is in a desperate last ditch effort with a vote on the floor of the House. If they don’t have the votes, they will allow the measure to be defeated.
TELL ALL 261 Democrat/Independent Representatives, Blue Dog Democrats AND President Obama To KILL THIS BILL and CUT HealthCare COSTS FIRST.
But Pelosi is keeping America guessing as no one knows just what will be presented on the floor. Is it a modified Senate Bill or Budget Reconciliation or the unconstitutional “Slaughter Solution,” the scheme to ram ObamaCare through and bypass an actual vote in the House and Senate on ObamaCare?
Stop The ObamaCare Slaughter-House Rule
The self-executing rule is, “the ultimate in Washington power grabs.”
Shamefully, Obama, Pelosi and Reid are using strong arm tactics and are buying votes with empty promises to House Democrats. They say they will change the bill after passage to remove special deals to individual states, cut healthcare costs, save Medicare benefits and include government run healthcare with the public option.
This is outrageous and exactly what Americans do not want. FAX NOW AND OFTEN AND MAKE CALLS TO CONGRESS. We need your continued help more than ever as Socialized Health Care MUST STILL Be Stopped.

1. Lincoln Davis (Tenn) -- Went from "no" to undecided. But the Governor of Tennessee is putting the heat on him to vote no.
2. Jason Altmire (PA) --UPDATE: Will oppose bill (see post #1239). Has publicly criticized the Slaughter rule and voted no in committee and on floor on the original bill.
3. Pete Defazio (NY) -- Announced today that he's voting against. DeFazio also voted agasint the stimulus bill.
4. Glenn Nye (VA) -- Nye voted no in on the first bill. He is also in a conservative district that includes Virginia Beach and Norfolk (basically the Eastern Shore). Nye is also in a tough re-election race.
5. Suzanne Kosmos (Fla)-- She's getting hammered. She's a freshman from New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and she eeked out a victory in a conservative district that McCain carried over Obama in 2008. Her job in on the line.

Altmire Statement on Upcoming Health Care Vote
March 19, 2010
“I ran for Congress in large part because I believe we need to find a way to bring down the cost of health care. I also ran for Congress with a simple promise: I would do my best to represent my district and to give western Pennsylvania a voice in Washington, not the other way around.
“I regret that this year-long process of debating health care reform has resulted in a final product that I cannot support. The cost of inaction on health care is great, but it would be an even bigger mistake to pass a bill that could compound the problem of skyrocketing health care costs.
“Simply moving money around within the existing system, rather than enacting real delivery system reform, might change who pays the bill, but it does not improve the quality of care or reduce costs for families, small businesses, or the federal government. It creates a system of winners and losers, rather than reforming the system in a way that lets everyone win. It is estimated that after passage of this bill, federal health care expenditures would likely increase above what they would under current law.
“It has become clear that the vast majority of my constituents want me to oppose this bill. Particularly hard hit would be western Pennsylvanias Medicare beneficiaries, which many experts believe would experience dramatic premium increases with enactment of this bill.
“I am acutely aware that my decision to vote against the health care bill will disappoint some of my constituents and alienate supporters of the bill. The politically easy vote would have been to vote with my party. But I was not sent to Congress to take the easy way out or to vote the way they want me to vote in Washington. I was elected to represent my district and give western Pennsylvania a voice in Congress. I strongly believe that a vote in opposition to the health care bill is consistent with the views of the district I represent, and is the correct vote based on the impact of the bill on my constituents and the overall health care system.”
Altmire has been pretty popular in his district. Maybe he will stick with it.
Pelosi is burning her candle at both ends. Eventually, the candle will burn out. She has effed this up so royally that it couldn’t get much more effed up. Everyone is realizing they have been lied to by their own leadership. The lies can’t stay hidden anymore. She can’t whisper sweet nothings in someone’s ear and expect it to remain a deep dark secret.
She sez. Then abubama sez. Then reid sez. Then gibby sez. None of them sez the same thing. They have lost any credibility. ALL of them.
She has effed this up so royally that it couldnt get much more effed up.
~I trust your judgment & asking from your lips to God’s will
NOT in stone until it comes to the actual vote. Looking good so far. Heat is wayyyy on here in PA. Swear to G-d!
