Ellie Light is a letter writer to various newspapers in the United States of America. Her letters universally support President Barack Obama, leading some to suggest the letters are “suspicious”.[1] The letters also contain the following closing statement: “...and a president can’t just wave a magic wand and fix everything.” (http://www.bangordailynews.com/detail/135196.html) Each letter is very similar in grammar, style and substance. Ellie Light, in each of the 40 Plus letters, ‘claims’ to live in the community where the newspaper in which each of the letters is published or circulated.
