J.D. was the Numero Uno target in the 2006 AZ House races. A huge amount of Soros money (and other anti-American groups) saturated Arizona with anti-J.D. campaigning. It worked. 2006 was a bad year for Republicans.
Just so you know, the same progressive groups are now stockpiling money to use against Michelle Bachman in Minnesota this year. Their strategy worked against J.D. in 2006, but I don't think it will work this year.
And you don’t think those same elements won’t sink his ship this time around?
C’mon, even the GOP abandoned him. He was the Earmark King...don’t blame it all on Soros. He was just one of the many reasons why we don’t want “those” Republicans to be in charge again. He had his chance, and rather than do the right thing, he took advantage of his position.
That’s why he’s a talk show host yesterday, and a candidate tomorrow.
O/T, but I heard Bachman on Beck this morning and she just keeps getting more impressive as time goes on and she gains more and more experience in the trenches.
Also, did J.D. lose by a tiny margin? Like way within the margin of voter fraud?
He’s an extremely effective and vocal conservative who is not PC and is even somewhat of a loudmouth (in a good way). It wasn’t any surprise that, like Bachman, he caught the particular attention of the Rats.
