He was posting full text articles from NYT, AP, etc. at his website and then posting them as excerpts at FR with links to his site.
He never posted full text from those sites at FR.

He had the complete articles on his site although he was only posting excerpts on FR. The problem was that according to FR posting rules, it was supposed to link to the original if it was a complete article. He refused to link to the originator of the article. Thems the rules and he didn’t like it. He’s now gone.
