I notice that they scream ‘fair use’ when taking intellectual property from other folks. The word ‘hypocrite’ comes to mind when considering their stated positions.

Like many others, I’ve never heard of them. So, compliance will be easy.
I get enough info for my two blogs from other sources anyways, so no loss to me.
It’s good to know who is and isn’t a reliable source.

I knew they were up to something.
They were pimping their own freelance writers. And NewMediaJournal was posting articles themselves, the 'editor' (Frank someone?) created the FR account. And HE posted all the articles.
I avoided them like 10 day old Headcheese left in the hot sun.
