I don't support liberals and RINOs or their apologists, no matter what their polling percentages are.
Good job. As usual, clear thinking on your part.........
But thank you for the impassioned and lengthy post. It was well written and it seems that you put a great deal of time and thought into it.
However, I'm not those posters you're so upset with. I'm the guy that thinks it's irrational - silly even - for anyone at this point to suggest Brown be our next POTUS.
It’s not a great effort to write when I’m inspired, and perhaps your comment about some Freepers being highly deluded was the reason I directed my comments to you.
Then why did I put down money for Virgil Goode here in Virginia in 2008?
After all, everyone else is a RINO.
No, you're just an idiot.
You do wear that well though.........
At least.
Add on Michele Bachmann, Rand Paul, Ken Cuccinelli...throw in a bumper sticker for McDonnell while you're at it...and add DeMint and J.D. Hayworth to the list too.
We're up to about seven or eight now, aren't we?
Oh, and I put down a contribution for Bob Conley in South Carolina.
That makes...nine?
Idiocy is believing that you can accomplish anything by being a petty 1%er.
No, idiocy is repeatedly voting for RINOs and expecting them to act like conservatives in office.
You forgot Rand Paul's father in your list.
Baldwin/2012.
Well since we're actually on the content of my post, is "deluded" the wrong word for those who want to make someone we know almost nothing about (except that he had a rather liberal voting record; Romney Care et al) the next President of the United States?
How should these people be described? Disorientated? Unwise? Dumb? Smitten?
You tell me.
We will see if Brown conducts himself admirably, and if he doesn't I will be the first to say so.
However, immediately throwing cold water on his tremendous victory over the liberals, thanks to his great campaign and his resonant message that got traction even in liberal MA, is insane. There, that's a nice word.
Gotta go, good night.
I did and this is what scares me! I know Brown had to win with independents. However, first Brown, now Palin indicting they will campang for this prick is very disturbing considering who John McCain is. I will not support these people if they support this rino, because I've said it a thousand times: NO MORE RINOS!
They, and republican party better get the message of the Tea Parties.
If you don't understand the concept of NO MORE RINOS then you need to go form your pro moderate party. Why would a person who just won a huge victory by espousing conservative values turn around and support someone who doesn't believe in conservatism, and does everything to trash conservatives when it's politically convenient?
It's enraging! I don't give a tinker's damn if John McCain supports any conservative at this point, he's proven the prick he is!
The only way I can even begin to excuse this is if Scott and Sarah know John is willing to support conservatism all the way. IOW, rinos will concede power to conservatives in the party and fully follow and support them.
However, it still doesn't mean McCain deserves any conservative or republican support!
No.
As to your rant, you, Rabadash and the rest of the 1%ers are going to have a great time electing democrats with your great strategy. Then you can blame the RINO's for your miserable lives and get angrier and angrier at everything except the "pure" 1%ers .
Lot of good that's gonna do when our biggest enemy is in the white house and controls congress.
Have a a nice day.
McCain is worse than some Democrats. His extreme love for illegal aliens is one of many positions that greatly harms this country.
“Ugh. We have a seriously ignorant electorate. With 21st century communications technology there isnt much excuse.”
Meet the enemy - ignorance. The politicians count on it.
My father used to say they are the most dangerous people on earth...the ignorant American electorate with the motto “Don’t confuse me with facts, my mind is made up”
Please explain...
No.
Here's the reality. If independents like Scott Brown want to talk conservative, vote conservative, and let conservatives rule the party then we should certainly take this. But if this guy turns into another NE rino I want nothing to do with him because he will be useless and detrimental to the party. If he does what he said he'd do, then fine. If he turns into some wank liberal coddler the first time there's a little bit of steadfast conservatism being hoisted, us 1%ers will not tolerate it!!
1%! What are you smoking?
