From what I've seen of the news and the analysts/political pundits, the Democrats are splitting into two camps here.

One camp says that we've got to back off, "hit the reset button" and then go back again with a health care bill that is pared down and eliminate some of the controversial stuff...

And then the other camp says, "No, you don't back off if you don't want to betray your principles. You go all the harder for what you said you were going to do!"

And so, Obama says this...

We're going to cram it down your throat whether you like it or not!

The fight is still on!

That man may think his look is withering, but should he ever have the unwanted opportunity of looking into mine, he’ll find out what ‘withering’ is all about (as I’ve been told moe than once).
