MSNBC is nearly hysterical. Coakley HQ looks like a frackin’ morgue. Chris Matthews looks like he’s about to cry...in fact I wonder if he hasn’t already been crying and only now managed to compose himself to come out and vent a bit.

It is almost laughable listening to the Demo talking heads try to explain this away. And the joy is all the more fulfilling because of nutty rants and lies from Olberman and his ilk.
So now none of them are safe: Patty Murray, Blanche Lincoln, Evan Bayh, Kirsten Gillibrand, Barbara Boxer, even Dodd’s anointed successor Richard Blumenthal... Tonight proves they can be beaten too.
