Liberals believe in the constitution, KINDA. They just want to change a couple parts in the bill of rights and tweak those two or three amendments that were passed later on. Sooner or later and with enough changes the Constitution will work for them.
I don't see much difference. At the very least this is the mother of slippery slopes. If fact it looks like a greased vertical slope to me. I don't care how you rationalize this proposition you are still calling for the change of our constitution. It does not need changed, it needs to be upheld by our courts as it is. We need to design a system that allows the supreme court to hold lower court judges accountable for decisions that violate our constitution. We need accountability for judges who want to legislate from the bench.

Good suggestion. I will put the election of all judges, including the Supreme Court as a plank.
