This morning I was in the grocery store after dropping the kids at school (I'm in North Central MA) and overheard two women speaking. General gist was both were typically democrat voters, but both were talking about how they vote for the candidate and not the party and both were hoping Brown wins.

Yesterday there was a guy on a highway bridge overpass with a huge hand-painted Scott Brown sign, standing in the cold wet snow and waving enthusiastically at cars below.

Two local business both have obvious signage in front of their businesses supporting Scott.

I've never seen anything like this in my 40-something years as a life-long MA resident. Apparently the patriotic, revolutionary spirit still lives on in the state where the first American Revolution began.

“I’ve never seen anything like this in my 40-something years as a life-long MA resident. “

It’s amazing to actually have a race in Mass., isn’t it. I think that’s what people who have never lived in Mass. don’t really grasp - that the mere fact that there is a real horse race for a senate seat (or any seat outside of the governor) is amazing. The idea that anyone other than a Dem could actually WIN, let alone just make it a race is almost unfathomable. This is a state that doesn’t have any GOP representation on the Federal level and 90% of the state legislature is Democrat. Single party rule has been the status quo for 30+ years.

Now hopefully they follow through!

Here’s hoping for Patriots Day to come early this year.

Maybe there is hope for our republic.

The Revolution begins!! People are energized, they are putting their fears behind them and their resolve is reinforced to stop this cancer in the White House and return our country to the land of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Go Scott, Go!! Thank you, MA, for stepping up and shouting out!! Our Founding Fathers would be so proud of you all....you are the Paul Reveres of our time!

Scott Brown...”The Scott Heard ‘Round the World.”
