Kerry Warns of "Dangerous Atmosphere" Around Brown Rallies [Daniel Foster]
Sen. John Kerry (D., Mass.) thinks Scott Browns rallies in the Bay State are reminiscent of the dangerous atmosphere of Sarah Palins 2008 campaign rallies, the Boston Globe is reporting.
Kerry says Brown supporters have engaged in bullying and intimidation tactics in the past few days and suggests that some of them may even be from out of state (would the senator rather keep the race local?)
I'm no stranger to hard fought campaigns, but what we've seen in the past few days is way over the line and reminiscent of the dangerous atmosphere of Sarah Palin's 2008 campaign rallies. This is not how democracy works in Massachusetts," Kerry said in a written statement Monday.
Scott Brown needs to speak up and get his out of state tea party supporters under control. In Massachusetts, we fight hard and win elections on the issues and on our differences, not with bullying and threats, the senator said.
The Globe piece doesnt have Kerry referencing specific incidents that are cause for concern.

Hey, hey; ho, ho
Kerry, sign the one-eight-oh
John F “I served in Vietnam” Kerry is a dumb a$$
They told the stories at times they had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam in addition to the normal ravage of war, and the normal and very particular ravaging which is done by the applied bombing power of this country.
“......the dangerous atmosphere of Sarah Palins 2008 campaign rallies,
Huh??
Absolutely. There was a video of SEIU members supporting Brown. Any time SEIU show up it is dangerous.
Your time is coming, Jon Carey.
LOL@JK
Pulling out every stop now. Smears, lies, the terrible tea parties, the terrible Palin . . . hey, I thought Republicans were supposed to be the fearmongers.
Awwww, Mr. Kerry, why such a long face?????
The ‘evil George Bush’ meme did not pick up any traction, so now they are reduced to Sarah Palin and teabaggers
Either SEIU or some more of those Black Panthers with nightsticks. They seem to be immune from any trouble for threatening voters.
SCARAMOUCHE!
Notice his admonition to Brown, who will be a Senator as well by the end of the week, to reign in his supporters ~ as if there's something unseemly about public gatherings.
Word to Senator Brown, Senator Webb demonstrated that it's OK for a US Senator to go armed in the US Capitol Building (and its precincts). I would recommend that he do the same given the sort of threat Kerry made today.
Will he get another medal for soiling himself in the line of duty?
It’s the TeaBaggers vs. The D-Baggers...
(for those who don’t know what a “d-bag” is, ask your kids)....
I think with every mention of the tea parties, Brown’s numbers go up.
Kerry is such a pompous arrogant snot!!
But you may be right; when he calls the atmosphere “dangerous” at Scott Brown rallies, is Kerry transmitting code to SIEU?
“You can send your boys in now. Give ‘em the works!”
It was so dangerous that John Kerry was having flashbacks to Vietnam!
This is all about demonizing the Brown supporters which is a classic Alinsky/leftist tactic.
