Thanks for your testimonial, but it doesnt address the claim that most law enforcement professionals thought the 94-96 Caprice was the BEST police package ever made.
You're right of course. Even if such a survey were attempted, it shouldn't be taken seriously. How many cops get to try all of the cop packages (we'll limit it to U.S. only in history)? People vote for that which they experience. I really hope that the "Olive Garden" isn't really the "best Italian restaurant" in ATlanta, even thogh it won the survey. I KNOW that the best hamburger in Rockford, Illinois isn't Burger King, even though it won a survey. I would also say that cab companies love them for their room and mechanical reliability.

Reminds me of when we were in Boston a couple of months ago. We approached a group of taxi’s and went to get in the first one in line. The driver was a young immigrant. He turned the key to the car and got that terrible starter grind noise...he kept doing it and finally said, “you take different taxi, mine not work.” I didn’t tell him that his car wouldn’t “start” because it was already running; I didn’t want to ride in a cab with a guy who couldn’t even tell his car was running!

I don’t think you have to worry about Olive Garden being the top Italian restaurant in Atlanta. LOL
When we visit our daughter in Tucker, we like to go to Bambinelli’s in North Lake. They are as good as the best Italian restaurants on the Hill in St. Louis.
