He is attacking this issue with such enthusiasm because, like Bill Clinton, he wants a "disaster" to happen on his watch so he can look commanding during a time of misery.
His popularity will tick up here, but overseas it will soar.
I don't think this is the subject that NEWSWEAK was planning on him 'writing' about. I think this was a counter to FOX hiring Sarah Palin, and was already in the works. Then the Haiti Earthquake happened, and .... the rest is (or will be) history.
And they will swear up and down that it was ONLY because of the Earthquake.
With "Obama Money" of course.
