A New Jersey woman is in court Wednesday for a disorderly conduct charge after she cursed out a middle school principal.
Cindy Schwalb says a boy pulled down her 13-year-old daughter's sweatpants in front of other students at Hasbrouck Heights Middle School.

This many posts and no one’s stated the obvious? If she’d been wearing proper clothing like slacks or even jeans, and a belt, it would’ve been considerably harder to divest her of the pants.
Read??? - in Joisey??
So that makes it ok?
Particularly when a cop is on the school board. He’s an agent of the govt X2. If I had arrested everyone who cussed me or someone else out I’d still be in court, and I retired four years ago.
What makes sweat pants “improper”?
Because those public school officials are in positions of power of course.
Maybe she was in gym class.
Actually I just watched the video and she was in gym class.
I’ve seen that picture before. Apparently, it’s muzzies preparing to stone a woman for adultery.
Or for getting herself raped.
No. What's obvious was that the boy was wrong for even attempting to pull down her pants and there's no mention of him in all this.
As usual, the victim is wrong.
In the video it says that he was expelled. But I think the mother was fired up because the question assumed that her daughter was in the wrong.
The question was totally inappropriate and absolutely irrelevant.
She should have his job for that kind of behavior coming from someone who should more than know better.
Sue the school and county back into the stone age. The Mom’s 1st Amendnment rights allows swearing or the entire US would be under arrest. What’s different here is that ir is qa GOVERNMENT employee who are superior in every way...God-like.
When did slacks or jeans become proper clothing for a girl in gym class?
Do you realize, your post suggests that it is appropriate for a girl to be forcibly disrobed, in public, by someone who disapproves of her attire?
If you have daughters, I pity them.
Naw, it's just one of Fire_on_High's family outings.
These are also the same people that think a 13 year old girl has the right to privacy and have an abortion without parental knowledge or consent... yet the same 13 year old girl does not have the right to be safe and secure within her person and garments.
We need to privatize the schools and get the government out. We need to insure our kids are instilled with morals and values... and to stand up for themselves.
It sounds like some of those "officials" need to get "an attitude adjustment." And if the lesson doesn't stick.... rope, tree, school board member; some assembly required. I think it is high time we start taking back this country, starting locally with the school boards, mayors, and city councils; then counties, then the govenors. Soon, even the folks in the District of Corruption will know we mean business. The school board sounds like a bunch of leftists. They couldn't win the argument and knew they were in the wrong, so the decided to resort to Alinsky tactics and ridicule the victim. Then they used the mother's rights and freedoms against her.
This is only going to last so long. Eventually some idiot with more power than common sense is going to realize too late they crossed the wrong person's "line in the sand." And it gonna be a baaaaaad day for someone.
Don’t much like kids and I’d never subject a kid to the way I got treated in school. None for me, thanks.
