Bill did interrupt her, but then he interrupts everyone. Never lets anyone finish a thought.

Yeah. I decided to give it pass tonight just because of BOR. She'll be around for a while. Might try tomorrow with Beck.

Sarah Palin was awesome tonight.

I’m getting tired of the liberals and caveman republicans attacking strong conservative women.

I Just re-watched the Sarah segment.

Technically, everyone who says BOR interrupted is correct. He did.

However, BOR asked questions in the manner all good interviewers do, get the next question out as the guest finishes the answer, and inject a question to help focus the guests answer. Without the ‘interruptions’ the interview wouldn’t have been as interesting, or as complete.

BOR gets an A from me for a good interview, Sarah got to answer all the questions.

Of course Iraq sponsored terrorism.

Abu Nidal himself was hiding out there and later killed.

Salman Pak training area.

Plot to kill Bush Sr. in Kuwait.

Iraqi agents targeted individuals in the U.S. (after Iraqi civilian jetliner mistakenly shotdown, Persian Gulf).

Etc, etc.

There’s excerpts out there. Here’s some.
And apparently McCain did his best to
try to keep his campaign staff from spilling.

If you read Palin’s book when she was being prepared or coached for the debate they would give her an issue and a bunch of possible answers. Sometimes the “answers” didn’t actually answer the question and Palin wanted to actually answer the question. This is probably an example of the Steve Schmidt crew trashing Palin for supposedly “going rogue”.

Ah heck. The boyfriend thing was a non-starter, just like the NYT’s attempt to link an aide to him as his girlfriend.
I hope there’s more about their fights.

What were the “analysis” comments from Monica Crowley and (her BIL) colmes?

Colmes essentially calling her dumb and how she’ll quit...

Crowley telling Colmes he’s an ass (my words) and that she’ll do fine.

I want to punch Colmes in the nose.

Sarah was nervous at the beginning, but settled down a bit. She is not comfortable with O'rielly because of his style.

I also thought she seemed not her usual self - apparently O'Reilly intimidates her - the body language woman picked up on this the last time BOR interviewed SP. I thought BOR was somewhat careful with her...unlike his usual manner. This will be good experience for her.

My recollection was there was direct evidence that Al Qaeda trained the 9/11 terrorists in Iraqi camps. So Yes Iraq was involved. How extensive and what levels of government etc we don't know. Certainly Saddam had the motive to assist. Saddam also had enough brains to allow a 3rd party like Al Qaeda to carry it off. He had no need to be too involved as long as they were doing the dirty work.

I remember following the OKC threads where there was a definite link to Iraqis helping McVeigh. It was squashed, because Rush was such a threat/s

Mom you have to frame it within the context of what Bubba wanted his legacy to be...”mid east peace”...

Well...in the name of that...he was willing to accept a certain amount of collateral damage and certainly woudnt do anything that would run counter to that goal...like confront Saddam on clear terror support...or even acknowledge the existance of islamic terror within the context of the United States...

Nichols has also been tied to abu seyyef (phillipine Al Q)...
