Her declaration would not hold up in a court of law and you know that.
What court of law has even asked (or ordered) a birth certificate in the first place, from Obama... LOL...
And no, I think if anyone were called upon to verify those records, from her department, and what they have from the State of Hawaii, it would be the head of the department for the State of Hawaii who is charged with producing a certified copy of such a record in the first place. That's the very person who made the official statement from the State of Hawaii.
No..., she would be precisely the person to testify in such a case... there's no other department that can produce a certified copy of the birth certificate (anywhere in the world) and there is no other "head of department" (anywhere in the world) that oversees those records which prove that Obama was born in Hawaii.
She has no authority to make such a declaration, therefore it’s meaningless.
Any statement she made about the authenticity of a certified copy of the birth certificate, long or short form, that was produced for the Court, would have to be witnessed and probably made under oath.
A press release would not cut it. Nor would the statement itself, without the accompanying document.
The fact is that the long form/original BC contains more, and more verifiable information than the short form. About the only thing that could be verified from the short form was the parents address, which World Daily Verified was occupied by Stanley Ann, her parents, but not BHO Sr, who had another residence closer to the university. They used a city directory published at the time for this purpose.
