Smoking gun huh? You mean like 7 screenshots available from African press saying “Kenyan-born Obama”. LOL

I’m not expecting O-bots or libeatards to really even care if Barry’s born abroad. The goal post will simply be moved to accommodate their relative worldviews.

Why hasn’t the video clip been released? Why didn’t we hear about it before?

We heard this logic in the beginning when rumblings of Barry’s eligibility brought the arguments: “If it was an issue the McCain camp or Hillary’s team would have dredged it up”. Yet since then we’ve learned quite a bit of info..even the Susan Blake video has been around for years. Zero’s eligiblity has turned into quite the issue. Not that Congressman Deal bringing it up to the White House this late in the game is a big deal right...

The majority of concerned patriots over the natural born citizenship issue (like that phrase;)— i don’t believe have even heard about this clip. Just rumors really, so it’s perplexing why Pidgeon brings it up. Yeah his credibility is on the line. But again, not all the clues that have been discovered about Barry and this issue has been made public either (for various reasons).

He got onto the Law Review on a writing competition, which ignores grades.

HALF of the Law Review was selected based solely on the writing competition, ignoring grades. The other half was selected in a different manner. One component was selected based 70% on writing and 30% on grades - HOWEVER, the Selection Committee had an affirmative action policy which permitted them to take race or physical handicap into consideration to "enhance the representativeness of the incoming class."

This comes from a letter written by the Harvard Law Review Editor to the Harvard Law Record, the independent newspaper of Harvard Law School. The letter mentions that no special affirmative action was given to women, based on the percentage of women on law review before the policy was put in place, but that an affirmative action program for women may be necessary because of the drop-off in women editors in the one year the letter was written (yep, not enough women in one year means it's time for affirmative action for women).

All writing and records were destroyed so that no member of the law review knew if he or she was selected on the basis of writing, grades, or affirmative action.

So, yeah, Barack Obama could have been selected for Harvard Law Review based on affirmative action and not on writing or grades.
