Many of us have spent multiple hours and hundreds of dollars attending Tea Parties and other rallies to stop Obamacare, writing, emailing, and telephoning, all with little ultimate effect other than to slow it down. Contributing to Brown's campaign is our last, best chance to have a real impact and stop this abomination. I'm sending him $100 and encourge everybody else here to to do the same. Here's the URL for his website:

LET'S WIN THIS ONE AND STICK IT TO OBAMA AND THE DEMONRATS!!

If Brown pulls off the upset ,Reid will refuse to seat him until after Obamacare is passed,if it hasn’t been already.Thats why they’re moving so fast.Like thieves stealing everything in sight before they get caught.

I figured out it was Brown in the Mass. Senate race, but I hate these posts where the article spends a paragraph or two before revealing who they are talking about and you have to go to the article beyond the post to find out. Sometimes, I think the writers of these articles are obligated to fill a certain amount of space.

Even if Reid refuses to seat him, he will still have only 59 votes because as soon as Mass. State certifies the vote, the appointed guy can no longer represent the State.

There’s no way coat holder Paul Kirk can return to the Senate once Brown (or Coakley, ugh) is elected, is there?

NO! Once the winner of the Senate race in Mass. is certiied, Kirk is out. But, don’t get your hopes up that a Republican can win in the Peoples Republic.

Do you think, maybe, the Mass. Sec of State is in their pocket and might delay certifying the vote?

Brown is the man!

“Now, the special election for the seat is less than two weeks away. It represents the only electoral threat to 60 that Democrats will face until November. Republican Scott Brown is mounting a surprisingly strong bid, trailing Massachusetts attorney general Martha Coakley by only 9 points in the latest Rasmussen poll. “

Even Demoncrats are upset over the direction of the country. It may take some stones ... but some of them will muster them up and vote AGAINST what is going on.

Brown voters are motivated. Pray for snow. One guy reported having to stand in line at a suburban Brown campaign office to get a lawn sign. There are so many volunteers the office was teeming. My wife has never volunteered for any campaign, ever and she wants to volunteer for him. He has no shortage of volunteers (Though you may be able to make phone calls for him.)

Brown needs dough to pay for ads on local TV. Send money. It can happen.

Saying mean things on this freerepublic site about Obama, Coakley or Dumocrats in general isn’t going to help Scott Brown. Please contribute either time or money (preferably both) to the cause.

I seem to be remaining stubbornly employed so I don’t have time to spare, but that means I do have a bit of money to spare for the cause, so I’ve done my part.

Have you?

C’mon guys, money for Scott!!!!

I sent him $ 50.00 yesterday. While that’s not much, it’s a lot for me, as I’ve been laid off for a while. Yet, I think it’s that important to give us a fighting chance.

That is only the second political contribution I’ve made in my 40 something years on this planet.

But yes, it’s that important.

Someone please tell me the RNC is supporting Mr. Brown to the hilt.

I am very cautiously optimistic about this vote, given the public mood, but we had the same hope after the bruising Dem primary in 2008, that at least some of those Hillary supporters who hated Obama would either cross the aisle and vote for McCain or not vote at all. Alas, they ALL came out for the Marxist despite their original misgivings. I expect enough will show up to vote to keep Ole' Kennedy's seat in the Democratic column.

Btw, the fact that National Review made a column about this is stunning, in and of itself. That is a rarety for them.

It tells you what they think about this race.

Thanks for posting it.
