What this Administration has done is to show that a written constitution is no more valuable than an unwritten one. The have driven through the American Constitution with a tank, then backed up over it repeatedly in case they missed something the first time through. The Tea Party movement is more important than most people realise. It is time that a parallel movement sprung up to challenge the illegalities in court - I am thinking of Judicial Watch on MEGASTEROIDS. Ignore the media they have just rolled over.
If the secret service visit doesn’t work to dissuade these individuals from investigating 0bama, perhaps a nighttime call by interpol will do the trick. Follow that with an invasive IRS audit and we can all rest easy knowing that out Dear Leader is being properly protected.

BTW, FDR played little tricks like this with the owner of the Philadelphia Inquirer when FDR became a little peeved with the paper’s criticism. An IRS audit was ordered and by golly, the owner was found to be in violation of the law, fined and imprisoned.
I love how the media plays along with Saul Alinsky in their methods surrounding the legitimate questions that citizens have.
I would argue the majority of the people raising questions about Natural Born Citizen are more looking for a definitive answer from SCOTUS on this issue. Why does this need to be grey area? Why can’t their be a debate and/or discussion on the Constitutional requirement. Why can’t this be totally out in the open?
There must be something here that is going to cause a problem for some in power...so they:

They are “birthers”
They polarize it:
These people are nuts, if you believe what the birther’s believe you are out of touch and a danger
Who would want to be in the group? The fact of the matter is they misrepresent what is going on here. It is amazingly frustrating that an ordinary Joe cannot find out about things about their elected officials that are responsible for our overall security and are spending our hard-earned money.
Wasn’t it Obama that promised transparency? So why are these questions a problem? Why are people so willing to defend him on this? It makes no sense - one person could stop ALL of this - that is Obama and in fact if he did answer these questions with irrefutable proof it would be a major boost for him and political agenda. Since his agenda is so important to him doesn’t it make sense for him to solve this problem.
I think the people that are raising questions are eventually going to have more issues with organizations like INTERPOL then they are from internally.
What I take from this is that Fitzpatrick is fighting the good fight, and the Secret Service has become something of a Gestapo organization.
The other disturbing thing I have noted is that the absurd FactCheck.org is being hailed as a credible source of information.

I suggest that the use of Secret Service to “check up” on law abiding first amendment citizens demonstrates an overwhlming need for the State of Hawaii to release Obie’s long form certificate in the public interest. The taxpayers money being spent on this justifies the need to know overcoming Obie’s privacy interests. Why are taxpayers paying because of Obie’s hidden records?
While they are at it why isn’t the SS investigating and prosecuting those who have destroyed our financial system and economy through fraud and corruption? Does their protecting national leaders include covering up his crimes and intimidating those who try and get the truth? Have they investigated the President’s citizenship and eligibility?

IMO, in the 0b0z0 era, secret service (SS!) = secret police.

I feel we all know this man is a fraudulent and dubious POTUS, and we also know this congress will not investigate the matter. Why would they? They’re a totalitarian administration.
