If his father really was BO, Sr. then he had, at birth, dual citizenship and it is very common. Then Obama didn't and doesn't meet the definition of "natural born citizen" arrived at by the Senate staffers who researched the subject thoroughly in their 2008 Senate resolution SR511 -- the same as that defined way back in the Venus decision: born in the country of parents who are its citizens.
