What does the Constitution say about removing a usurper who was born a British subject? If one of the birther cases ever does make it to the Supreme Court, you can bet they'll make noises about separation of powers, shake a stick at Article II, Section 4, and toss the hot potato over to Congress. No way will they take it upon themselves to remove a sitting president.
