...but a third question is crucial: Will mainstream press cheerleaders stop dishonoring journalism?
Good question with a tragic answer. The mainstream journalists will never support a conservative over Obama. In this regard they are just like the 97% of African-American voters. The best we can hope for is that they just stay home and keep their bias to themselves.
Obama was run for president by a group of ideologues and the media failed the nation and the GOP failed the nation and here we are - three long years remain and all we can do is hang on and pray for some opposition to be elected in 2010.

If Obama had been a CONSERVATIVE black man, does anything think the DBM would be voicing such drivel as the following?
Most major television networks were over-the-top propagandists. ABC's Bill Weir: "Can national pride make a freezing day feel warmer?. . . Never have so many people shivered so long with such joy. From above, even the seagulls must have been awed by the blanket of humanity." CNN's Carol Costello: "It was like you're standing in the middle of these strangers, and all of a sudden you had a million friends around you. That's what it felt like yesterday." Andrea Mitchell on NBC's Nightly News: "The mass flickering of cell phone cameras on the Mall seemed like stars shining back at him."
