That’s what I was told by someone with familiarity with military law...But I’m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV. The original explanation was so complicated, he finally boiled it down to what I posted. I’m sure it’s much more involved than that.
But as I say..we shouldn’t even have this worry. Our candidates should have had some balls, IMO
