They really need to go after his Columbia law school records, if it can be proven he got federal aid while posing as Indonesian, it would open a big ol’ can of worms.
And it could open a legitimate path to exploring his BC status. Going straight for the BC at this point is putting the cart before the horse. If I were a white house correspondent, I would pose a witty (and seeming sycophantic) question to when Obama is going to publish his College records for posterity and watch the little weasel squirm.

Yeah, Alex Jones thinks Beck is a patsy for the US government. In Jones’ world, Beck and the AQ operatives are one in the same, i.e., they’re working for elements of the CIA.
Last night Bill Cunningham said something very interesting on his show. He knows many of the big names in talk radio and he said the big fear is that once the birth certificate gate thing gains momentum and supporters in the media, the limb will be sawn off. I don’t agree with the sentiment, but that’s what he said the feeling is behind the scenes.
At this point in time, after election to the Presidency, the Senate of these United States, and the State Legislature of Illinois, the blow-back from a illegal birth certificate would severely damage the very credibility of the United States. Now add to this the fact that he belongs to a minority protected class, is a flaming libtard and essentially a protected species in the world, the damage done would be unthinkable for any authority to contemplate at this time.
After his term is over, I suppose more people will then perhaps entertain the thought, but right now, you can forgetaboutit......

What they are saying is that the Nazi regime started in very much the same way. He laid it all out. But the people wouldn't believe it.
It's not just the birth certificate - it's the kindergarten records, the school admissions, his grades and test scores, his financial aid records, etc.
I think more likely it is the "crack in the wall" theory - Obama and his handlers think that if they surrender information about the birth certificate, they would be pressed to come clean about his other personal records.
If those records showed that he took an affirmative step to renew his Indonesian citizenship during his college years, perhaps for financial aid or admissions reasons, then he would have automatically lost his U.S. citizenship at that point by operation of law.
So he's trying to hold the line on everything, probably to keep his Indonesian citizenship record suppressed.

Actually, Harvard Law, but I agree with your point. “Barry Soetoro” likely registered at Occidental and Columbia as a foreign student. No telling how he go into Harvard.

And the media’s silence about the issue of barry sealing all of his records is deafening. I mean if it were a Republican who sealed all his records, the media would be screaming COVER UP until they’re blue in the face.
Kind of strange considering the research he does regarding other aspects of this administration, which is quite thorough.

They believe as many do that there are bigger battles to fight. You can add Ann Coulter to that list and Michelle Malkin too. Even if it is proven he's not a citizen, it won't lower my taxes, reduce the size of government, or stop nationalized health care in its tracks.
I agree with your take. There is a reason he has buried his Columbia records. Bad grades would just make him look human and endearing. So I don't think its that.

This thing could do great damage to the country. I said this on an earlier thread.
Best thing to do right now is work to flip Congress in November, thus tying Obama’s hands, and work to get new laws enacted in the states to keep him off the ballot in 2012.
I love this nation, and I am deeply concerned about it in many ways right now.
I remember at the time, I posed the question: Who hasn’t been pulled over for DUI in this day and age when they were 19? I was. Do I regret it? Well, it’s been twenty years ago, yeah.
I’m more into focusing on what can be done of substance to take out Obama. The case is closed that he is wanting to destroy America and bring down Capitalism. He has communists, socialists, big government people running the country with him. His leftist clan needs to all be taken out of power. So with that being that case, I’ll let others try to figure out about his birth certificate. I don’t care if he was born in the US or not. He needs to be taken out. If the birth certificate issue is proven correct I’ll support it. Either way he is still a radical far leftist. So I want to focus on the elections this year and how I can help.
Beck is the only one out there doing the job of the media in exposing Obama as a communist. Although, the other conservative hosts do their own good work. But, beck is the best one at what he is doing.
