This reinforces what others are saying: donate directly to the candidates.

That would make sense if not for this from the article;

In the past three months, only 75 of 177 Republicans — most of whom represent safe districts — transferred money into the committee, netting it $2.1 million. The average donation was just $28,000, with only 11 members donating $50,000 or more during that time period.

What would stop the candidate you contribute to from sending that money on to the RNC or the RNCC?

Face it folks, the Ruling Class Party has us by the short hairs. They set it up this way and it is going to take more than talk and contributions to change it.
