I noticed Lieberman stating that the crotchbomber shouldn’t get civilian criminal justice treatment, Miranda, etc.

All this sure seems strange to me. I don’t know how we’re gonna win the War on Terror this way, when both the Republicans and the Democrats seem unwilling to do what what needs to be done to win.
