It is funny how journalists/leftists/propagandists all love to call us “The West” when describing, usually in a gleeful tone, our eminent downfall.

However, if one were to ask them who first idealized democracy...who alone among the peoples of the World decided that man had a right to individual freedom...or even who is responsible for 99.9 percent of all that we call the modern World...well, if you asked them that, the words “The West” would turn to ashes in their mouth and they would begin using any number of synonyms or commie code words.

The west has “leaders” with brain rot nmanifested as insatiable greed, lust for power and a self destructive attraction for socialism. They are commiting suicide in the name of political correctness.

Strange...The lowering of the American economy and standard of living, things like wide open chaotic lawless borders, was all brought on by the traitors that have been running this country and these two political parties for the past 20 years or so....

The article is over exaggerated as to sun setting on the West. The economic frenzy of the 1990's tech boom and the massive availability of credit during the 2000's is going to result in a massive correction that will be with us for quite awhile.

All this economic activity happens to be occuring along side of the rise of the BRIC nations. The combined population of the BRIC nations is twice that of the West. So, it isn't surprising, that as they develop their economies, they come a little close to their potential every year.

Europe and the US, today, has never been wealthier. Its just that the rest of the world a little more so. So, any loss and future loss is and will be in relative terms and not absolute terms. And it is right that the center of economics shift towards the world than to remain in the West.
