How would you possibly know? No one said anything about you. I don’t expect you to know, but I do I expect our government to set up a system that can pinpoint the individuals who make decisions and give them the personal credit or blame they deserve. Faceless bureaucrats toiling in anonymity can afford to be casual in their approach. We cannot.
I am sure that the government knows who made the decision. The issue is accountability. We will probably never know if the individual responsible suffered any consequences, the least of which would be a poor annual fitness report.
