Considering his age and weight I would say he has less than 10 years.

To the chagrin of the left, I predict that Rush will be around for many, many more years.So, the question of a replacement is very premature. However far off his retirement may be, he has a duty to prepare understudies for the next generation. I'd like to see some fresh voices being given tryouts on his show, especially on days when he takes off.
