Mr. MamaDearest only thinks of me as his "little Miss Sunshiine" when I am in my glory gardening. He's hoping for an early spring.

Speaking of early springs, I’m hoping for one also. Our first heavy snow was early, in Oct. and remanants of it are still here. With this heavy snow pack, all our water tables and wells will be sufficiently re-charged. Can’t complain about that. Last summer, we had to drop our water well/pump about 20 feet deeper. After seven years of drought, it was getting worrisome.
