HONOLULU -- Conservative radio talk host Rush Limbaugh was rushed to a Honolulu hospital on Wednesday afternoon with chest pains, sources told KITV.
Paramedics responded to the call at 2:41 p.m. at the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
Limbaugh suffered from chest pains, sources said. Paramedics treated him and took him to Queen's Medical Center in serious condition.
He was seen golfing at Waialae Country Club earlier this week. The country club is next to the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
The radio show host had been in the islands during the holidays. Coincidentally, his visit comes at a time when two of the nation's most powerful Democrats, President Barack Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, are also staying in Hawaii.
I’ll be happy if the next report we hear is from Rush himself on Monday or maybe before when the nasty media swarms him upon his release from the hospital.

Rush knows there are millions praying for him, knowing this he will be back on the golf course in a few days.

Was it the hospital or an unofficial source?
Given confidentiality laws (HIPPA), I doubt it was the hospital.
As for the pain? Severe reflux, costochondritis, renal colic and biliary colic can all mimic a heart attack.

I liked Rush’s shorts. I think Rush is handsome. Wish we would get another update soon. We’re all on pins and needles waiting for any word.

The report was from Tim Johnson, who I think is a complete a-hole. He spent several moments recounting the incredible advances in medicine, in just the last 10 years. Of course, no one asked the most obvious question - how are those advances possible if our health-care delivery system is so "broken"?
