HONOLULU -- Conservative radio talk host Rush Limbaugh was rushed to a Honolulu hospital on Wednesday afternoon with chest pains, sources told KITV.
Paramedics responded to the call at 2:41 p.m. at the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
Limbaugh suffered from chest pains, sources said. Paramedics treated him and took him to Queen's Medical Center in serious condition.
He was seen golfing at Waialae Country Club earlier this week. The country club is next to the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
The radio show host had been in the islands during the holidays. Coincidentally, his visit comes at a time when two of the nation's most powerful Democrats, President Barack Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, are also staying in Hawaii.

Well, there are reports that Rush is going to get married for a 4th time on the 4th of July in 2010 to Kathryn Rogers. Perhaps he meant “fiance” instead?

He says he’ll quit when everyone agrees with him, so we need to make that happen soon so he can relax!
I know; and while losing this weight he often mentioned that he did it 'without' the benefit of exercise. Made me nervous actually thinking about 'harm being done' per his dieting and accompanying lifestyle. Rush is not only the voice for quality in our Country; he is the heart and he 'gives heart' to his listeners during the worst of times.
Whatever his situation, know many prayers are with him and can only add mine while hoping that he will be fine.
(Meantime, we can be sure that every Leftist will add to his suffering, if they possibly can. Of course, it is they who are minimized for their efforts.)

I was innocently reading the posts between you and Onyx regarding the engagement posted before the incident, then here came the news bulletin this evening regarding Rush going to the hospital. And of course the horrible people at DU are wishing him dead, no heart or decency whatsoever.
There you have it. A prayer, to Jesus Christ, in Japanese, for the safety and completely recovery of Mr. Rush Limbaugh.
Our support for him is global, across many lands, and by millions upon millions of well-wishing people.
Thank the Lord. It seems he is okay.

I am a 24/7 member, but most of the time when I go to the site, I am thrown back 2 or 3 days, even if I log out and log back in.
To get the blurb about his being hospitalized, I has to log out, then go to the site as a non member. Grrrr

I think Rush started to exercise a few months ago. He was trying out a treadmill in his gym building on his compound, and found that it was kind of fun, because he set goals for himself, and was getting into how far or how fast, I can’t remember now. I think it must be more fun for him now that he is slim. He was talking about how when the show ended he couldn’t wait to get back to it.
Once again, the left proves what vile “people” they truly are.
