The famous Chicago politics machine is not working at all. Ordinary citizens like Limbaugh and Foxnews have stood up to this machine and won. One Senator called Lieberman forced Obama and his socialists to take out the public option and medicare buy in and by doing so he basically turned a bill that was intended to destroy the insurance company by these socialists to a bill that gives the insurance companies tens of millions of new customers.

This Chicago political machine is greatly overrated. It is based on bullying people but like in all cases bullies are cowards and when you stand up to them they back down and run away.

Last time there was an amnesty fight, they said that writing to Debbie Stabenow was a waste of time but in the end she voted the right way.
