As a candidate for Governor I recommended this change as part of the government reform package Lieutenant Governor Bolling and I jointly announced in September.”

Some states have it and others don't. When I'm in Long Beach, California and look out to sea, the oil derricks look like fringe on the horizon. The new plan is to be further out to sea and out of the line of sight (I think).
