Thank you. That’s what I always thought. This is not going to be pretty. Bristol Palin shouldn’t have had to “prove” that an open hearing would hurt the child . . . common sense should have informed the judge of the truth of that.

Really. I sat on a custody case jury and that wasn’t in private but rather open court. This was in Texas so don’t know what the law says up Alaska way.
