"Bit of a loon" is an understatement. This fool has been banned from numerous internet message boards, including such inauspicious places as dog forums, car forums and a lightning forum. He appears to be a troublemaker. I can virtually guarantee that legislation is probably in the works as we speak to prohibit the "paint an orange tip on a gun" nonsense that this guy pulled.
