Over on that site there is a link to a page that allows you to “Track leadership changes in the 93 U.S. Attorney offices, with Bush holdovers and Obama candidates.”

I seem to remember that the leftards lost their minds when Bush fired about 8 US attorneys. Looking at that page, it would seem that the Bamtard has already fired more than half of them.

And Ted Kennedy blocked some nominees because he wanted to affect the possible outcome of some pending court cases (that and he thought some of the nominees might help the GOP with hispanic voters).

Scumbucket Kennedy is out of the Senate. He can do no more harm to this country (as he did when he betrayed America to side with the Soviets in the Reagan years).

But yes, the Bush judicial nominees will remain a subject “overlooked” by the Left.
