For some reason the above question, made me think of the old code used by al- qaeda, when hospital meant jail, as in the below snip from a 2007 page, I do not know if it is still up, as I have the copy in my files.....
Earlier in this thread, several asked if this was all a test to see what happened, it it is, then the word is out that he is sick and means he was arrested.....still can’t say it makes good sense to me.....granny
