The woman from the Washington Post talks about the health care bill and suggests that the Democrats need to campaign on something about Grandma getting her donut hole filled.

That’s what I heard her say. I think it has to do with the prescription drug funding gap, but she did not expand on the original wording and the rest of the panel moved on. The wording does seem odd, but I don’t read the Washington Post so maybe that’s just the way they talk there.
