I sense a tide is turning.

Perhaps you are correct, with the Rasmussen Daily Approval index now settling into new low levels of -16 to -18 (back up to -16 today). One would think eventually the old dying lame stream media will have to tell one or two nuggets of truth in a weeks time. Maybe?

What everyone in the media seems to be missing is this bit of data. A majority of Americans still blame Bush, not Obama for the economy. Right now 41% blame Obama, 51% blame Bush. In the next 6 months, based on current trends, that number should flip. When that happens, Dear Reader's polling numbers should go thur the basement.
