Here’s a new plan:
Station 1: Big bag of Pork Rinds. All who sample at least one, go to Station 2, those who decline, go to Station 3.
Station 2: Check boarding pass, ID and you are on your way.
Station 3: Advanced screening, please allow 4 hours for this stage and help yourself to the KY jelly.
Interestingly enough, I will eat a deep fried pork steak, wrapped in bacon. (And I have!)
But I will NOT eat a pork rind. (If you’re gonna do screening, make it meaningful, and delicious.)
