I, too, am a birther. However, I cannot figure out for the life of me just how Philip Berg can call Obama a “natural-born” citizen with a father who was a British subject at the time of his birth. If Obama was born in Hawaii, he could be a “nationalized” U.S. citizen, but not a “natural-born” U.S. citizen as it pertains to Art II, Sec I, Cls 5 of the U.S. Constitution.

I noticed, Berg didn’t present any case law that would support his position in this regard either.

I don’t get dragged into the legal thickets. All of the Kenyan’s vital records have been sealed. His autobiographies sound like KGB legends for under cover agents. I am convinced the Kenyan is a Manchurian candidate. Obviously, he has done nothing to dissuade me that he is not a communist mole.
