It matters in that he appears he was unavailable after a terrorist. They weren’t able to contact him for 3 hours. If he would have been in the White House, he probably would have been notified sooner, maybe?
No biggie that he takes a vacation, but it appears that when O goes to HI, he gets to cut loose. Maybe the reason he didn’t go to Chicago was so he could party and not get harrassed by the journalists. Until that is that he wants his photo op. But think about it, if he wanted to get his party on, he would want to make sure no witnesses would leak his behavior. HI gives him cover to do whatever he wants. Basically putting up a do not disturb sign. Something is off with this story, especially with the cover-up.

Sorry but the first duty of the POTUS is to protect the
citizens. This is an international incident could be
enabled by the backing of a hostile government which means this guy is not a rogue.
