Centralized planning is silly and useless without the physical power to enforce the plan. This is why socialism almost always leads to a police state unless the society is practically homogenous in it’s goals, such as Kibutzim, Sweden, etc,,

It is based on the idea that some other than individual knows what is best for them. Pure evil.
