It’s time to move the battle to the states. The states which cannot “monetize” their debt.
Time to dust off the tenth amendment and roll with it!
An interesting question could be : can the states “opt out” of this under the 10th amendment? This could be an important legal question if lawsuits are filed over Obamacare.
