Think about it. Let’s imagine that, next year, the Republicans take over both houses of Congress. (I’m not saying that will happen, I’m just saying, suppose they do.) They pass legislation containing language that reverses the provisions that were “permanent.” Who or what is going to do anything about that?

Let me answer your question - O will veto it. Any more questions?

Oh dear. I can tell you’ve never been there. You just attach it to a funding bill that contains something he and his followers want. Any more questions? How do you think they got Bush to sign any number of crappy pieces of legislation? They attached them to defense approps bills.
