If this is a Liberal area, trust me the business owner will be indicted. I remember several years ago a burglar (I think it was in California) sued a homeowner when the burglar fell through a skylight on the homeowner’s roof and was injured. The burglar won. Go figure. For Liberals the criminals are GOOD, the victims are BAD.

There was a case in the midwest(Wisconsin?)where a burglar fell through a skylight at a public school, sued and won $250K.
