The health care bill will open up tons of new jobs in the federal government - this is how they plan to get unemployment down. Out of work Americans will have no choice but to hold their noses and apply just so they can get some income again. Then Obama will say he saved/created jobs. Thousands more Americans earning money pushing paper from one side of their desk to the other. Looks good in the short term stats but it’s a house of cards.

Why would they lie if they had the votes, they would boast about it.
The Abortion issue is going to give them a hard time, since over 70% of the American People are against forcing those against it to pay for it.
House members take those numbers seriously.
If the Bill goes to reconcilation, they will need 60 again to break cloture.
But their real problem is in the House, where only a 5 vote shift could end it.
This Bill might just fade away.
